Confident on the Reformer? This multi-level class is all about challenging your strength and stability, stretching out tight muscles and enjoying the joy of movement. Expect fluid transitions between exercises and fewer recovery breaks than our beginner classes. You're going to love it!

Get your sweat on with this fast-paced and fun Full Body Burn workout for the whole body. You'll flow through athletic, high intensity sequences on the reformer including jumpboard work that will boost your fitness, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Don't be surprised if your muscles are aching the next day - but you'll love the challenge!
